Living in squalor

Still apartment-less, i told Lara I would take pictures of and post some of the "gems" i've been forced to view... i don't want to disappoint anyone... but if the one i'm currently after works out, that's what's going to happen... i should know in a week or so if David (potential roomate from work) and I will be renting the condo once a second bedroom is finished being constructed. Take a look... it's really effing nice and i can (pretty much) afford it. Now if it doesn't work out... i'll certainly give all of you the pleasure of my pain as the hunt continues...
